Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We are glad to inform you that the Regional Biophysical Conference (RBC2016) will take place in Trieste (Italy) from 25th to 28th August 2016.
RBC is a biannual scientific meeting established by biophysical societies of Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia, and open to worldwide biophysicists (see here for a historical essay).
RBC2016 will be organized by the Italian Society for Pure and Applied Biophysics (SIBPA) and co-organized by the University of Trieste and the CNR - Institute of Biophysics.
The Conference includes 7 Plenary Lectures (30 min), Oral presentations (15 min) for both Invited and Selected contributions, and posters that could stay up for all the meeting’s duration.
We also give 2-3 min to poster authors for a flash presentation.
Scientific Sessions (7):
Authors whose Abstracts have been accepted for presentation at RBC2016 are invited to submit an article, either full-length manuscript or review paper, for consideration of publication in a special issue of European Biophysics Journal devoted to the Congress.
